What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
If you are located in Cyprus, delivery is now free on all orders! If you are located outside of Cyprus, our system will automatically calculate delivery charges based on the weight of your order.

Do you deliver outside of Cyprus?
Yes, we now deliver to anywhere in the world, using the Cyprus Postal Service.
Do you provide delivery to locations within a short distance from one of our stores?
If the customer is located within a short distance from one of our stores, we ask that they choose the local pickup option, when ordering. Otherwise we will deliver to a customer's nearest courier pick up point.
Do you provide door to door delivery?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the postal/courier services here in Cyprus, we only offer delivery to a customers local courier office. You can however, contact Akis Express directly when your delivery arrives and arrange door to door delivery directly with them.
Do you deliver to North Cyprus?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to North Cyprus. You can however arrange for your local cab service to pick up your order. The nearest border crossing is the Metehan Border Crossing.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Currently for Cyprus deliveries we offer a cash on delivery method, whereby when you pickup your delivery at your local Akis Express and pay by cash when you collect the order from them. For international orders we send you a paypal invoice after you complete your order.
How long will delivery take?
Orders placed between Thursday 12.31pm to Monday 12.30pm are sent on Monday afternoon. Orders placed between Monday 12.31pm and Wednesday 2.30pm are sent on Wednesday afternoon. Orders made between Wednesday 2.31pm and Thursday 12.30pm, are sent on Thursday afternoon.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your data is protected by server security. We do not pass on your data to any third parties. Only your contact details are given to the courier, who is chosen for a delivery.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You should automatically receive an email from us when you have placed an order. A member of our team will then contact you by email or telephone to confirm the order has been received and ask you any questions.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
The shopping cart automatically generates an invoice when an order is confirmed. You will be able to download it from our website or receive it by email. The courier may also give you the copy that was provided to them.
